SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will always do our best to resolve this.
Please contact us with "RETURN/EXCHANGE" in the subject heading in order for us to get back to you as soon as possible.
NOTE: The PwH X MBF collaboration suits are made to order so will NOT be available for return.
For all SERVICES:
All in-person sessions and events are non-refundable.
All video call sessions can be rescheduled if discussed before 72 hours notice.
We have to have these in place so that others don't miss out!
LIABILITY AND PERSONAL INJURY WAIVER
I understand that my participation in posing, physical exercise, and any related activity conducted by Posing with Hannah Ltd is voluntary and at my own risk. I am aware that exercise can be physically stressful and, in certain instances, can even result in injury or cause death. The levels of exercise that I will perform will be at my own pace, based upon my cardio-respiratory (heart & lung) fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Posing with Hannah Ltd. will not be liable for any injuries or damage arising out of participation or use of facilities in the delivery of products or services/sessions.
