Health and fitness data submitted by users, including progress photographs, body measurements, weight information, training records, posing assessments and coaching feedback, are stored securely using encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud storage providers.

Access to this information is restricted to authorised Posing With Hannah personnel providing coaching services.

Health and fitness data is never sold, rented, shared for advertising purposes, or disclosed to third parties except:

• where required to provide the service through approved service providers (such as Wix);

• where required by law;

• where expressly authorised by the user.

Health and fitness data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
