22/7 onto week 8.


Starting weight:77.25kg

Av Weight last monday:73.3kg

Low of 72.1kg this week


This week has felt a little like walking through a pot of treacle to be completely honest - everything has felt that litttttle bit tougher and slower BUT if anything this week has taught me to LEAN INTO IT because it means the changes are happening and my weight drop has reflected that! And i should bloody hope so too - we had originally planned a trajectory of 1kg loss/week so i ‘should’ be 7kg down as of now but I am only 5kg down. Checkin response will be tomorrow so maybe the heat will be turned up but I will of course let you know - as of today i managed to get my hands on conteh shred (insights HAN10) which i now will be taking and they are suitable for natural federations! I will update you with my thoughts with utilising this as its the first time I have done so.


I also calculated my macros this week for the first time in a very long time and popped it in the broadcast channel (which if you arent in then you GOTTA be because i post pretty much daily like a little diary) but ill update those here too for the MASSES:

*Please do not copy these macros even if you are wanting to diet, this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. These are specific to me, to my phase, to the purpose. I am doing so after almost 6 years in this sport, and 13 years training, under the guidance of an olympia prep coach who is extremely experienced in my body after 4 years of coaching, with how it responds and what it can handle! 


I have managed to still maintain my lifts in the gym this week even if moving between them has felt slower haha but ive FLICKED THE SWITCH with each set and it has paid off. 


I am happy with the visuals, with more lines this week for sure and i do feel that my body has clicked into this phase now and starting to go along with losing weight hahah. That being said today I have had spotting and very bad period cramps so the hormonal fluctuations and water retention may slow down weightloss this week.


REGARDLESS every box will continue being smashed even while I am OOO for a few days and it will be worth every single minute.
