Navigating "My Profile" in the Team Posing with Hannah Communities

Welcome back to our how-to guide for the Team Posing with Hannah Communities! Now that you’re signed up and familiar with the community space, it’s time to explore your personal profile — the hub where you can manage everything related to your account, interactions, purchases, and bookings.

Whether you're updating your profile picture or checking your rewards, this area keeps your Posing with Hannah experience streamlined and personal.

Accessing Your Profile Menu

Once you're logged into the website, you’ll see your profile picture in the top-right corner. Hovering over this picture reveals a drop-down menu with all the main options available for managing your account:

1. Profile

Clicking this takes you to your own public profile page. Here, you can post directly to the community area, update your display name and image, and personalise your presence on the platform.

To change your background image, simply hover over the banner area at the top of your profile. A camera icon will appear. Clicking it brings up the “Change Photo” option — allowing you to upload a new background image for a personal touch.

To update your profile image, hover over your photo and you’ll see two icons:

• Two arrows to upload a new image

• Bin icon to remove the current image

Once you've made your updates, click "Update Info" to save changes.

Managing Account Details

Still in the drop-down under your profile picture, you'll find several additional sections designed to make managing your account easy:

2. My Orders

This section displays all purchases you've made — including any merch or session bookings. It’s a useful place to track past transactions and keep receipts.

3. My Addresses

Here, you can add or edit your address. This is particularly helpful as Posing with Hannah has team members across the UK — so if Hannah isn’t able to meet you in person, a nearby team member may be available instead. It also stores delivery addresses for any merch orders.

4. My Wallet

This stores your saved payment methods, allowing for a quicker checkout experience when buying merch or booking sessions.

5. My Wish List

If you’ve spotted any merch you love, add it to your wish list for future purchases. Think of this as your own Team Posing with Hannah's favourites list that you can send to your loved ones for your birthday.

6. My Subscriptions

View all the subscriptions you currently have or have had in the past. This includes any ongoing memberships or special packages, which will allow you to see your renewal dates and how many sessions you have left within the package. 

7. My Bookings

All your upcoming and past session bookings are listed here — making it easy to stay on top of your posing sessions and events.

8. My Rewards

Every time you interact, purchase, or engage with the community, you may earn loyalty points. This section shows your current reward points, which can be redeemed for discounts.

9. Log

This is your personal blog centre. View all the blog posts you’ve published or saved as drafts. Whether you're sharing competition experiences or prep tips, it’s all stored here.

10. My Groups

See all the groups you're a part of — from Bikini Athletes to Male Athletes. This section also shows group-specific posts so you can keep up with conversations in your chosen communities.

11. My Account

Here, you can edit your profile information, including both public and private details.

Updating Personal and Login Information

Within My Account, you’ll be able to edit your display and personal details. These are broken down into different areas:

Display Info

• Display Name and Title (e.g. “First-Time Competitor”, “IFBB Pro” etc.)

• Profile Image – updated as described above

• Once edited, click "Update Info" to save.

  

Personal Info

This includes your first name, last name, and phone number — all kept private from other users.

Visibility and Privacy

You control how visible your profile is to others in the community.

• Profile URL: This is your public link (e.g. https://www.posingwithhannah.co.uk/profile/andyhorkan2/profile)

  
  

Use this link to share with your social media platforms or friends for them to keep up to date with your updates.

• Edit URL: If you'd like to customise or shorten your profile link.

• Make Profile Private: Toggle this if you prefer to keep your profile hidden from other members.

  
  

Blocked Members

If there’s ever a need, this section shows any users you’ve blocked. If it's empty, you haven’t blocked anyone — simple as that. Of course, if there is any reason you should block anyone, please contact Hannah to rectify the situation. We have a zero-tolerance policy and will deal with everything asap.
