So here we have it, just over 7 months of pushing and just shy of 20kg up in bodyweight.
Checkin is done and the cut starts tomorrow.
I will be doing my weekly updates on HERE ONLY 🙋🏻♀️ typically MONDAYS as they are my usual checkin days.
The preliminary plan is:
Drop cardio completely (it was in for CV reasons not weight loss in off season)
Increase steps for expenditure
Remove offplan meals
Decrease overall food intake
This will be an 'in and out' approach so typically my minicuts are more aggressive than my preps due them being about a half to a third less time! But we will see how things go, you can't plan everything, you can't plan life and external stressors or how your body responds you can only plan your EFFORT.
This cut will show us exactly what gaps we need to fill in order to finally come in for the women's physique category (as planned from the START of a prep) which is so exciting as that's been a goal of mine since 2020.
Really excited to take you guys along this next phase and with every single change we implement.
