My favourite checkin yet and ive dropped 1.2kg since.

OKAY GANG so mondays checkin we can see below - 69.2kg on wake.

And I was really happy with the visuals - after ANOTHER (lol oops) crazy weekend for Team PwH I wasn't expecting it due to stress. That being said last week FELT SLUGGISH. I mentioned on my stories that even though the DAY BEFORE up until I was maybe one exercise into my sessions I was so excited for them and then... I was feeling pretty fucked. Zero energy to move from machine to machine and noticably sitting down at every given opportunity.


WHAT DO WE DO WHEN WE HAVE THOSE SESSIONS?!


Remind ourselves that we are grateful to move, that we have the ability to train, that we aren't injured or unwell. And take every set as it comes.


That being said from Wednesday 14th to Friday 23rd I have lost 2kg. The SWOOSH.

From Monday we moved to BIWEEKLY checkins so now on Fridays I also touch base with Kuba sending over my weight chart and 'feels'. Because of the sessions taking a hit, Kuba has planned a two-day rest, so no training, steps from 18k to 7k and increased food. So although pictures are taken Monday, I will be touching base again Sunday so we can see whether I need more time to refresh or whether we can get back after it.


Really proud of myself looking at these shots - something I know we can all struggle with is reflecting and saying you are happy. But i have NEVER looked like this... that's all that matters. 2 more kilo to come off... lets see whats to come!
