Meal plan in a HOTEL?!

With only a mini fridge and no cooking utensils… how do you stay on track?


What I took with me:

  • whey

  • Supplement tablets

  • Salt weighed out

  • Cream of rice

  • Intra workout

  • Pre workout

  • Food weighing scales


What I bought when there:

  • oats

  • Fruits

  • Precooked chicken

  • Rice cakes


What I bought to eat while eating out there:

  • tuna salad

  • Omelettes


What I used from the hotel:

  • bowl

  • Spoon

  • Hot water


Once I arrived I went straight to the shops available to see my options from there bought what I needed (see list above) and manipulated my meal plan macros to fit using myfitnesspal. I made oats the night before so they had time to soak it all up and didn’t resemble soup and this was my most important meal(s) of the day as they were my preworkout.


I made sure my meal timings before and after my training were as normal and I made sure HYDRATION was high priority with being in a warmer country.


The result?

Continuing fat loss while away with spending minimal time preparing and enjoying every second!!


It’s a lot easier than people think but it takes TIME and I don’t mean time to prepare on the day, I mean time in your journey, time to educate yourself on macros, on believing in yourself and knowing that this will NOT affect your progress 🫡
