Weight is teasing but not dropping as expected so this week the addition of Fever40 has been implemented, this is allowed in natural federations but not something I have ever used before! So i will give my honest reviews over the next few weeks - ordered today so insights speeding delivery will be here tomorrow hehe. No other changes other than that.
Kuba is very happy with the visuals as I managed to see him for an in-person checkin on Saturday which was a great opportunity. Nothing necessarily special to see at this point, with still a large amount of body fat (still 15/16kg above stage weight) but it was good for us to go over a few things - posing and plans. I was also fortunate to catchup with Meg as it has been so long since I have been up North! The weekend was spent being IMMERSED in LEARNING, GROWING and OVERCOMING and I am forever grateful. Saturday was the team kuba meetup/seminar where there were a few individuals which have inspired me for a very long time speaking. I took alot from these talks into this week and my perspective on life and relationships around me. Then Sunday after PowerUp (beautifully lead by Cassie and Yas) and online video call clients we had the TEAM PwH COMMUNITY DAY. I think I have only just processed it… it was the perfect opportunity for people to visit a new gym they may not have been to before, without feeling anxious that they didnt know anyone. We met at the start and buddied up or trained solo and I had planned training with Paige, WHO IS LOOKING OUTRAGEOUS MAY I ADD. It was unreal seeing all our athletes help one another on exercises, support eachother through their posing and go for a lil CHEEKY NANDOS after.
Building a supportive and empowering environment like this is everything I have ever dreamt of, everyone labels this sport as lonely. But it’s only lonely if you don’t find your people and we have made a safe space for us all to come together and be completely uniquely themselves and its bloody beautiful.
