ONE WEEK IN: EMBRACING THE POSITIVITY OF THE SECRET PREP

Jonn here, and today I'm excited to share an update on how I'm feeling just one week into my secret prep. It's incredible how quickly things can change when you flick the switch and commit to a plan. Let’s dive into the positive vibes and momentum I've been experiencing.


**A Fresh Start:** There’s something incredibly refreshing about starting a new prep, especially when it's kept under wraps. It's like embarking on a personal journey where every step, every rep, and every meal feels purposeful and exciting. This fresh start has given me a renewed sense of motivation and drive.


**Laser Focus:** One of the most significant changes I’ve noticed is my enhanced focus. Without the distraction of sharing every detail publicly, I’ve been able to concentrate fully on my training and nutrition. Each workout feels more intense, and every meal is consumed with mindful intention. This level of focus is something I’ve been craving, and it’s already paying off.


**Sticking to the Plan:** Following a strict plan can sometimes feel like a chore, but this time it’s different. It’s as if a switch has been flipped, and I’m more committed than ever to sticking to my regimen. The structure and discipline are not just part of the process; they’re empowering. Knowing that I’m on track and giving my all brings a sense of satisfaction and confidence.


**Positive Momentum:** The first week of any prep can be challenging, but I’ve found it to be overwhelmingly positive. The small victories—like hitting my macros perfectly, crushing a tough workout, or seeing slight changes in the mirror—are incredibly motivating. These wins create a positive momentum that fuels me to keep pushing forward.


**Short and Sweet:** This prep is relatively short compared to others I’ve done, but that’s part of what makes it so invigorating. There’s a sense of urgency and excitement knowing that every day counts. The condensed timeframe pushes me to make the most of each moment, and that intensity is exhilarating.


**Mental Clarity:** Another unexpected benefit has been the mental clarity that comes with a secret prep. Without the external pressure and constant updates, my mind feels clearer and more focused. I’m more in tune with my body and my goals, and this mental space has allowed me to reflect deeply on my motivations and aspirations.


**Gratitude and Joy:** Above all, I’m feeling a deep sense of gratitude and joy. Gratitude for the ability to pursue my passion and the support system that quietly backs me. Joy in the process, in the grind, and in the small yet significant progress I’m making. This positive outlook is infectious and keeps me looking forward to what’s next.


**Looking Ahead:** With 17 weeks to go, I’m excited about the journey ahead. This first week has laid a strong foundation, and I’m determined to build on it. There will undoubtedly be challenges, but with the positive mindset I’ve cultivated, I’m ready to tackle them head-on.


In conclusion, the first week of my secret prep has been a transformative experience. The focus, positivity, and commitment I’ve felt are unparalleled. It’s a reminder of why I love this sport and why I continue to push myself. Here’s to staying on plan, embracing the process, and making every moment count.
