Hey!!! This is D! I am 35 years old, I have four amazing kids. I started bodybuilding in 2021. I tried two other federations but completely fell in love with PCA as soon as I stepped on their stage. I am very proud to say that I was the first person in the USA to receive a pro card. But with that, I put a lot of pressure on myself to uphold the PCA standard. I am so eager to learn and grow and continue to lift up the people around me.
