Male and female group posing workshops for: Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Bodybuilding, Mens Physique and Classic. Ran by Head Coach Hannah, Male Coach Jonn and Figure & Bikini Coach Lauren.
We will be joined by Insight Supps to keep us fuelled throughout the day with giveaways and competitions.

Dr. Meghan IFBB Pro is flying in all the way from Florida to talk to you about breaking through self doubt and inner confidence to reach your potential.
Bourne Coaching - George Osbourne and Dr Wiks will be there answering all your questions regarding YOUR journey, through their own years of experience and coaching elite level athletes.
Legacy board shorts and Iron Monkey Trunks will be there for the guys alongside
Macca Morris for MP and PCA Pro and Judge Alex Lord for Bodybuilding demonstrations.

Working on poses and routine work specifically adjusted for your needs.
Across the mixed disability category through all federations, including but not limited to PCA and Fitx.
